These beef meatballs are part-cooked (flash fried) in vegetable oil to a final weight of 15g and are packed in foil laminate pouches ready to be removed and heated to >75°C in a microwave, oven or BBQ then eaten. The product has a firm but chunky texture and a meaty beef taste.
